It took Susan more than 40 years to find her community. She is only one of two Iman Families that are now living in Taroom after the Frontier Wars that spread her people out far and wide.
Susan has moved back to Bonner’s Knob Hill in Taroom, from where many of her ancestors were taken. Her Art is motivated by living on the land of her ancestors.
