For over sixty thousand years Iman people have survived under very harsh conditions. The many years of drought had reduced food supplies and drinking water. My people learnt how to find water and eat off the land, but it wasn’t easy.

When the rains would come the Dawson would bring life back to the land and my people would rejoice.

How wonderful it was for my people to appreciate such simple pleasures. They understood the real meaning of life on this planet.
